He Demolished Babri Masjid That Day - Seeks Forgivness Today !

Ayodhya - Dec. 6, 1992

Among the fears of lakhs [hundreds of thousands] of Kar Sevak who had gathered to demolish the Babri Masjid , few furiously climbed on the majestic minaret of the mosque. The most important among the few were Shive Sainik. A resident of Faisabad, where Ayodhya is situated, Shive Prasad was the captain of Bajrang Dal. He was given the responsibility to guide four thousand Kar Sevak in the demolition of mosque.

It was he who gave training to four thousands of people under him, on how to carry the demolition. On seeing the majestic minarets of the mosque come down Captain Prasad was overjoyed and shouted the "Ram! Ram!" This happened seven years ago.

On Dec. 6 ,1999 the same Shive Prasad was seeking forgiveness from Allah for his cruel act seven years back. This 6 Dec.1999 he was fasting (non-obligatory) and regretting for the act with tears and was seeking forgiveness from Allah in his prayers. Yes ! Shive Prasad has embraced Islam. He has changed his name to Mohammed Mustafa. One will be moved to learn how he embraced Islam.

This change in Shive Prasad's heart was published by Malayalam News (7.12.99) issued by "Arab News Publications" in Saudi Arabia. Shive Prasad's father Trigal Ramanathan was chief among the heads of Sangh Parivar. His whole family was actively involved in demolishing the Babri Masjid.

Soon after the demolition of the mosque, Shive prasad felt a depression in his heart. He had no peace of mind. He felt that he had committed a great sin. In 1997 he went to Sharjah in order to seek employment. But even at work his mind was restless.

On Dec. 4, 1998 as he was walking along the streets of Sharjah, he happened to hear a speech before Friday prayer held in a mosque which was in Hindi. When he heard the speech, which he felt was something different. He wanted to listen the complete speech. That message about Allah created a revolution in his rest less mind. He continued to listen to such speeches thereafter. The revolution in his heart was completed.

All praise be to Allah ! Allah has shown him the right path. He has forfeited the ignorance and chosen the righteous path. When Shive Prasad embraced Islam he was driven out by his family members who were strong RSS activists. He is praying to God that his family members should also choose the righteous path as he did. Shive Prasad says that among those who led the demolition on the spot were Ashok Singhal and Advani. On the day of demolition the police and CRPF connived with the leaders of BJP, Bajrang Dal and RSS. Both these law enforcing agencies greatly helped in the demolition.

He recalls that on that day Ashok Singhal dressed himself in military uniform and gave orders. He also recalls, soon after the demolition of the mosque they entered the muslim areas in the Faisabad and shouted "Jai Shriram". Now, Shive Prasad is receiving continuous threatenings from RSS, BJP and Bajrang Dal. Sangh Parivar has threatened to kill if he returns to India. But Mohammed Mustafa (Shive Prasad) says firmly that he will never turn away from Islam - the righteous path even if death comes his way.

Having learnt 17 Surahs in the Holy Qur'an, he is anxious to complete learning the whole of the Holy Qur'an. His ambition is to become a true Islamic preacher and and bring ignorant people to light. If Allah wishes, his ambition will be fulfilled and the very same hands which demolished the Babri Masjid will built up again.

Khahdeejah 'Sue' Watson: A former pastor, missionary plus a professor with a Master's Degree in Divinity.

“What happened to you?”
This was usually the first reaction I encountered when my former classmates, friends and co-pastors saw me after having embraced Islam. I suppose I couldn’t blame them, as I was a highly unlikely person to change religions. Formerly, I was a professor, pastor, church planter and missionary. If anyone was a radical fundamentalist it was I who had just graduated with my Master’s Degree in Divinity from an elite seminary five months before. It was after this time that I met a lady who had worked in Saudi Arabia and had embraced Islam and of course I asked her about the treatment of women in Islam. I was shocked at her answer, as it wasn’t what I expected, so I proceeded to ask her other questions relating to Allah and Muhammad (pbuh). She informed me that she would take me to the Islamic Center where they would be better able to answer my questions. Being “prayed up”, meaning - “asking Jesus for protection against demon spirits” - seeing that what we had been taught about Islam was that it is a Demonic and Satanic religion.

Having taught Evangelism I was quite shocked at their approach, as it was direct and straightforward. No intimidation, no harassment, no psychological manipulation, no subliminal influence! None of this, “let’s have a Qur’aanic study in your house”, like a counterpart of the Bible study. I couldn’t believe it! They gave me some books and told me if I had some questions they were available to answer them in the office. That night I read all of the books they gave me. It was the first time I had ever read a book about Islam written by a Muslim, as we had studied and read books about Islam only written by Christians. The next day I spent three hours at the office asking questions. This went on everyday for a week, by which time I had read twelve books and knew why Muslims are the hardest people in the world to convert to Christianity. Why? Because there is nothing to offer them! (In Islam) There is a relationship with Allah, forgiveness of sins, salvation and the promise of Eternal Life. Naturally, my first question centered on the “deity” of Allah. Who is this Allah that the Muslims worship? We had been taught as Christians that this is another god, a false god. When in fact He is the Omniscient All-Knowing, Omnipotent All-Powerful, and Omnipresent All-Present God. The One and Only without co-partners or co-equals. It is interesting to note that there were bishops during the first three hundred years of the Church that were teaching as the Muslim believes that Jesus (pbuh) was a Prophet and teacher! It was only after the conversion of Emperor Constantine where he was the one to pronounce and introduce the doctrine of the Trinity. He, a convert to Christianity who knew nothing of this religion, introduced a pagan concept that goes back to Babylonian times. Because space does not permit me to go into detail about the subject, insha’Allah another time I will address that.

Also, I must point out that the word “Trinity” is not found in the Bible in any of its many translations nor is it found in the previous Greek or Hebrew versions.

My other important question centered on Muhammad (pbuh). Who is this Muhammad? I found out that Muslims do not pray to him like the Christians pray to Jesus. He is not an intermediary and in fact it is forbidden to pray to him. We ask blessing upon him at the end of our prayer but likewise we ask blessings on Abraham. He is a Prophet and a Messenger, the final and last Prophet. In fact, until now, one thousand four hundred and eighteen years (1,418) later there has been no Prophet after him. His message is for All Mankind as opposed to the message of Jesus or Moses (peace be upon them both) that was sent to the Hebrews and Jews, as in “Hear O Israel”, but the message is the same message of Allah. “The Lord Your God is One God and you shall have no other gods before Me.” (Mark 12:29).

And because prayer was a very important part of my Christian life I was both interested and curious to know what the Muslims were praying to. As Christians we were as ignorant on this aspect of Muslim belief as on the other aspects. We thought and were taught, that the Muslims were bowing down to the Ka’bah (in Mecca), and that was their god and the center point of this false deity. Again, I was shocked to learn that the manner of prayer is prescribed by God, Himself. The words of the prayer are one of praise and exaltation. The approach to prayer (ablution or washing) in cleanliness is under the direction of Allah. He is a Holy God and it is not for us to approach Him in an arbitrary manner but only reasonable that He should tell us how we should approach Him. At the end of that week after having spent eight (8) years of formal theological studies, I knew cognitively (head knowledge) that Islam was true. But I did not embrace Islam at that time because I did not believe it in my heart. I continued to pray, to read the Bible, to attend lectures at the Islamic Center. I was in earnest asking and seeking God’s direction, as it is not easy to change your religion. I did not want to lose my salvation if there was salvation to lose. I continued to be shocked and amazed at what I was learning because it was not what I was taught that Muslims believed. In my Master’s Degree level, the professor I had was respected as an authority on Islam, yet his teaching and that of Christianity in general is full of Misunderstanding. He and many Christians like him are sincere but they are sincerely wrong. Two months later after having once again prayed seeking God’s direction, I felt something drop into my being! I sat up, and it was the first time I was to use the name of Allah, and I said, “Allah, I believe you are the One and Only True God.” There was peace that descended upon me and from that day four years ago until now I have never regretted embracing Islam.

This decision did not come without trial. I was fired from my job as I was teaching in two Bible Colleges at that time, ostracized by my former classmates, professors and co-pastors, disowned by my husband’s family, misunderstood by my adult children and made an object of suspicion by my own government. Without the faith that enables man to stand up to satanic forces I would not have been able to withstand all of this. I am ever so grateful to Allah that I am a Muslim and may I live and die a Muslim. “Truly, my prayer, my service of sacrifice, my life and my death are all for God the Cherisher of the Worlds. No partner has He, this I am commanded. And I am the first of those who bow to Allah in Islam.”

(Holy Qur’aan 6:162-163)

Amazing Interview with a 14 years old new Muslimah!

Here is an Interview with Sister Stephanie (She is now 'ayesha) a 14 years old Muslimah from England.

- As-Salamu Alaikum
wa alaikum as-salam
 - Dear sister, would you mind giving our readers a brief introduction about yourself?

My Name is 'Ayesha (Stephanie). I am a UK citizen living near London. I am 14 years old and still studying in school. I accepted Islam few days ago.

-Do you remember the first time you heard about a religion called Islam?

Yes, it was when I moved to London. I moved to a place where there is a large Muslim community. Most of my friends are Muslim.

-When did you move? How many years ago was this?

It was about two years ago.

- What were the things that you liked or admired about your Muslim friends? What kind of influence or impact did they have on you in regards to Islam?

I liked the way they always talked about their God, with pride and admiration. I liked the way they explained their religion, it made sense.

- What made you think that Christianity was not the right religion for you?

It didn't make sense to me.

- Some people say that Islam oppresses women. They think that the Muslim woman appears to be a slave to the Muslim man. People have a lot of misconceptions about Islam. Did you ever believe in any of these misconceptions? Do you think that Islam oppresses women or limits their freedom? Do you believe Islam has a bad view on women?

I never believed these misconceptions because I don't believe anything without seeing the two points of view. I like seeing both sides of the issue. Unfortunately, many people do not do this and believe what they hear or read straight away. I think that is wrong. Also I have seen many non Muslim women being treated as slaves by men.

- Allah ordered women to wear the Hijab. Do you think that this is unfair or do you think that this oppressive to women? Be open and frank with your response.

I don't think that when a woman covers her body it is oppressive to her. I believe that Allah would have known what was best which is to protect women.

- Many Muslim women do not wear Hijab, covering their bodies except for their face and hands, despite the fact that they know that is a command from Allah. What advice can you give them and what is your opinion on this?

You cannot only do part of what is ordered for you to do. For example, if you are asked by your parents to make a cup of tea, you wouldn't boil the water only but you would have to continue making the cup of tea by adding the tea bag and the sugar and putting it in the cup. These Muslim women should follow all of Allah's commands not just do half or part of what is ordered for them to do.

- Did your family accept you becoming a Muslimah?

I haven't told them, just in case something goes wrong and because I do not have all the knowledge yet. ( Note : Recently the Sister told her father and He didn't mind walhamdulillah )

- If you moved to an Islamic Community will you wear the Islamic dress for women, wearing Hijab?

Yes, because it is one of the commands of Allah. ( Note : Now the Sister is already wearing it )

- Is it easy to practice Islam? Did you discover any new feelings that you never felt before or not yet?

It isn't that easy to practice Islam, unless you put your whole heart and soul into it. If you just think, or its nothing to you, you will find it difficult. But if you think about Allah and about your actions you will find it more easy. When I converted, a few days afterwards I felt as though something had wiped over my mind and my heart, I felt different although I act the same in most ways. It is as though I am carefree and not trapped by any means.

- If I told you that Allah will accept your wish now, what would you wish?

For peace and brotherhood across the world and for everyone to be shown the right way, as many people have never heard of Islam.

- Do you plan to invite people to join Islam , or you will just practice the religion and not spread the knowledge of Islam to others ?

I will invite people when I have the knowledge to back up what I'm telling them.

- Yes, it is already written in the Qur'an. To invite people to Islam with knowledge.

I didn't know that!

- We want three messages from you to: 1- The Callers to Islam. 2- Muslim Women. 3- Non Muslim Women.

1. Keep up the good work! :)))

2.Keep your faith strong and Allah will reward you

3. Do you really know that you are on the correct path, study Islam closer and you will discover which is the correct path and Allah will save you.

May Allah reward you Sister , wa As-Salamu Alaikum wa rahmatu Allah
